FileMaker Versions Supported

Recommended FileMaker Pro Version

Please note: This release does not fix the font issue when generating reports/relief packs. We hope to have a fix for this soon.

The latest version of FileMaker Pro is 22.0.3.

Schools are required to be using FileMaker Pro 21.0.1 or newer at this time.

• Support for FileMaker 21.0 will end at the end of 2025.
• Support for FileMaker 20.x or older ended at the end of 2024.

Recommended FileMaker Server Version

The recommended version of FileMaker Server is 21.1.5  or  22.0.2.6147 or newer.

Note: Schools using FMS 22.0 (any version) may experience an issue where FileMaker Server becomes slow to respond over time. Builds 22.0.2.6147 and .6149 included a change to try and address this, however we have received reports this change has not addressed the issue.
A further update from FileMaker advises they have identified the issue to be in a third party network library used and they are working with the developers to resolve this issue.
In the mean time, we have a workaround which we are currently testing and will provide to schools ASAP. More information will be provided shortly.

Also note that Windows Server 25 is not yet officially supported by Claris and as such may potentially cause issues. Please hold off updating to Windows Server 25 until it is officially supported by Claris.
