Information about the costs associated with using KAMAR.


KAMAR Installation

A standard Installation is: $6,500 + GST

  • Software Installation and Technician training (half-day)
  • Initial data transfer and configuration (half-day)
  • Two days on-site staff and admin training (up to 12 hours)
  • First three months rental and support

The above price is for standard installation and training - including travel and associated expenses for a single on-site visit. Initial install and data transfer may be done remotely.

Variations to this can be arranged, but may incur additional costs.

Notes:

  • Our installers will arrange for student and staff data to be sent prior to their visit. Failure to do so may result in less training time.
  • Standard annual rental and support will be invoiced after the three month period has passed. Initially a part year up until 31 March, and then the full 12 months from 1 April each year.

  • FTTE (Full Time Teaching Equivalent) is based on your Ministry of Education Confirmed Staffing Entitlement for the current year, plus the 2-5 main administration staff.
