Printing issue fix - Windows
An issue exists in version 911, when printing in Windows using the new print routine (Fee Reports, MoE Return).
An issue has been identified when printing to some Windows printers, using the Fees → Reports or MoE Return areas.
KAMAR indicates that the print job is going through but it does not appear in the Print queue and does not get printed.
The fix for this is to replace the IDMP plugin with the one available for download below on the client machine.
It needs to be unzipped, then placed in the plugins folder on the client, over top of the existing one:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Filemaker\Extensions
